Responsibilities May Include:

• Performing light assembly of small parts and components
• Feeding materials into machines and workstations
• Inspecting products and conducting basic quality checks
• Packaging and labeling products for shipment
• Assisting with kitting and organizing production materials
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Completing basic production documentation and reports
• Following all safety and cleanroom procedures

Qualifications:

• No previous manufacturing experience required; paid training provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working with small parts in a cleanroom environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eleanor, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.07 - $15.57/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
