Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency committed to providing personalized support to seniors and adults in need of extra care. If you're passionate about helping others and value flexibility, we'd love to meet you. Must be able to assist with ambulation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with meal prep and feeding

• Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, tidying, and dishes

• Following personalized care plans

• Reporting any changes in client condition to our team

What We're Looking For:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Hoyer Lift Experience

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
