Physical Therapist – PRN (Pender Medical Center, Burgaw, NC) Overview Join a collaborative rehab team where your work directly supports recovery, function, and quality of life for patients. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced therapist, this is your chance to grow with a respected healthcare provider. Why This Role? Flexible scheduling: 2 weekend day shifts per 28‑day period. Hours 8‑4:30 or 8:30‑5:00. Availability during the week is also welcome. Supportive team culture in a leading acute care setting. New graduates welcome. Primarily acute patients with some short‑term rehab patients. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses and acuity levels. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and recovery strategies. Deliver compassionate, evidence‑based therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; graduate from an accredited PT program. State PT license required.
