Job Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: Dearborn, MI 48124

Pay Rate: $45.00/hr

Description:

Make a difference in students' lives as a Part-Time, In-Person Occupational Therapist (OT) in Troy, MI. This school-based opportunity allows you to support student growth, promote independence, and collaborate with a dedicated educational team, all while enjoying a consistent part-time schedule throughout the school year. Youll work in a collaborative, studentcentered environment with access to a dedicated sensory room, supporting students motor, sensory, and functional needs to help them fully access their learning environment.

What youll need:

• Active MI OT license

• Eligible to work in school-based settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in a school setting (preferred)

• Ability to complete evaluations as needed

• Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal development

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services in alignment with IEP goals

• Conduct student evaluations and reevaluations as needed

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Utilize sensory room resources to support student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
