Financial Analyst

Minimum Requirements:
Experience and High proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong financial background.
Requires account reconciliation Real estate background in any of the following areas: commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition consulting, land use entitlements, legal (affiliated with real estate) experience.
Provides project support of special initiatives, including the handling of administrative functions, processing of purchase orders and updating databases with information received.
Responsible for administering real estate agreements, processing payment and ensuring the integrity of data, both financial and non-financial, that is stored within corporate databases of record.
Resolve tax related issues in collaboration with taxing authorities, landlords, regional/area real estate teams, and outside counsel.
