The City of Tolleson is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical assistance for City staff, including computers, phones, software, networking, peripherals, and AV equipment. The technician installs, configures, maintains, and repairs technology assets; manages user accounts; responds to tickets; and troubleshoots with in-person, phone, email, and remote support.
