The Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook / Kitchen Staff member to join our dynamic team at Sister Lakes Brewing Company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering our exceptional menu offerings, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and flavor, while contributing to an engaging kitchen environment. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service. Monitor food quality and portion control to maintain consistent taste and presentation. Desired Qualifications: Prior experience as a line cook or in a fast‑paced kitchen environment preferred, but not necessary. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
