Location: 1000 S. 2nd Street

This position is on-site at our Store Support Center in Sunbury, Pennsylvania with potential for a hybrid work schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

• Responsible for preparing journal entries and reconciliations for approval by the Accounting Manager.
• Prepare internal and/or external reporting to support business owners to ensure appropriate financial statement disclosure.
• Assist Management with system implementations and testing.
• Prepare analysis for Management and external auditors for quarterly and Annual analytical reviews.
• Keep position procedure documentation up to date.
• Communicate with vendors and internal associates to answer questions and resolve issues, including reconciliation and auditing of company records.
• Investigate and analyze discrepancies and recommend issue resolution. Escalates as needed.
• Prepare and run various daily, weekly and monthly reports; sort and distribute for use as necessary.
• Assist with Company projects as assigned. Expected to cross-train in multiple department positions.
• Develop reporting for internal or external use as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or Business, plus one (1) year of accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
