Bilingual Consumer Call Center Customer Service Representative 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team that is fluent in Spanish and English. This position plays a vital role in supporting our customers and representing our brand with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

As part of our modern call center environment powered by RingCentral CX, you’ll have access to the latest AI-enhanced tools designed to help you serve customers more efficiently and effectively. From smart call routing to AI-generated insights, our platform empowers CSRs to deliver exceptional service and personalized support with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service (Spanish / English) via phone and email with a clear, friendly, and informative tone.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools within the RingCentral CX platform to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
• Analyze customer concerns using sample units, detailed parts drawings, manuals, and computer systems.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to research and follow through to resolution.
• Handle demanding or agitated customers (Spanish / English) with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Stay adaptable to seasonal schedule shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), which are consistent for half-year periods.
• Manage time effectively while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all interactions.
• Work collaboratively with peers in a team-oriented call center environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or call center experience with a stable work history.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish / English) , including strong email etiquette.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
• Demonstrated experience in independently locating answers using reference materials.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in all situations.
• Proven examples of initiative, ownership, and responsibility in past roles.
