Storm Guard Roofing of Madison is seeking an experienced and driven field leader for the Production Manager role to lead our production team and ensure every project is delivered with excellence, on time, and on budget. Throughout the day, you work closely with project managers, field personnel, vendors, and homeowners to keep projects moving forward safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You monitor production metrics, solve challenges before they become problems, and provide leadership that helps your team consistently deliver a five-star customer experience.As projects progress, you conduct site visits, review quality standards, support customer communication, and help remove obstacles that could impact timelines or profitability. Behind the scenes, you analyze performance data, improve operational processes, coach team members, and collaborate with company leadership to support growth initiatives.
