- Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
- Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities
- Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects
- Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
- Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges
- Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes
- Work directly with experienced engineering and manufacturing leaders
- Gain exposure to Lean Manufacturing, project management, and capital investments
- Develop technical and leadership skills that accelerate career growth
- Lead projects that improve operations and generate measurable savings

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 2-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
- Knowledge of engineering principles and continuous improvement concepts
- CAD or SolidWorks experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
