In-House Counsel for Legal AI Training
$90 - $150 per hourSaidGig
Role Overview
Apply your technology transactions expertise to improve how advanced AI systems analyze legal risk, interpret contract language, and support real-world contract work. This remote, part-time contract role centers on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining technology agreements while helping develop rigorous AI evaluation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve accuracy and precision.
- Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
- Partner with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
- Help shape the training, evaluation, and practical application of AI for legal work.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of in-house counsel experience focused on technology transactions.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate legal judgment into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives is preferred.
Work Terms
- Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $90 to $150 per hour.
