Prep duties such as washing/prepping veggies, following all safety protocols while preparing all ingredients, following DOH guidelines to ensure a safe environment for your team mates and customers, maintaining a clean workspace at all times, a Just SALAD is an average of 417 calories, a Salad Topper burns an average of 908 calories per shift, a Team Lead walks an average of 6,675 steps per lunch rush (3.4 miles!), a Restaurant Team Leader walks an average of about 15,000 steps per day, a JS Teammate burns an average of about 4,000 calories in one work week!
