About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Regional Distribution Operations and Services. The successful candidate will be tasked with the full divisional P&L, encompassing all operational aspects such as sales, business development, and multi-location operations and services. This role is pivotal in driving significant revenue and requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in multi-location distribution operations, including inside and outside sales, technical services, and inventory management. The SVP will work closely with the executive leadership team to enhance operational professionalism, implement best practices, and leverage technology to boost productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a proven track record in industrial distribution and services, or in construction services, with a focus on supporting acquisitive growth and leading full integration processes. The position demands a strategic partner who can bring extensive experience to the table and is adept at managing the complexities of a business with a large network of branch locations.
