Salesforce Project Manager

To drive Salesforce consulting engagements, the full-time remote Salesforce Project Manager will manage client relationships, oversee multiple projects, allocate resources, and collaborate with delivery and sales teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities Manage customer relationships and multiple projects, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction Collaborate with the Lead Consultant and Solution Architect to maintain a healthy backlog of project requirements Provide Agile leadership, track project progress, and manage project initiation and closure activities Required qualifications Proficiency and experience with Salesforce Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices Ability to effectively manage client relationships and communicate clearly Experience using project delivery solutions such as JIRA and Confluence Strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership over tasks and deliverables
