Position SummaryAs a Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in our kitchen, working alongside a talented team to prepare and present dishes that delight our guests. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a love for creating beautifully plated meals.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Follow directions from the Head Chef and kitchen leadership.
- Take pride in food presentation, ensuring every dish looks as good as it tastes.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Strong ability to follow directions and execute tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to cleanliness and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Passion for food presentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
