Compensation:
$200,000 - $300,000 Base Salary (based on experience, qualifications, and book of business)

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: 8+ years of Construction Law experience
- Admission to practice in New York
- Experience representing architects, engineers, and other design professionals
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating professional services agreements and construction-related contracts
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
- Ability to serve as outside general counsel to sophisticated design and construction clients
PLUS:
- Experience with AIA contracts
- Construction litigation experience
- Professional liability matters experience
- Design defect dispute experience

An Am Law 200 law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to join its Design Professionals Practice in New York, NY. This role focuses on advising architects, engineers, and other design professionals on construction contracts, risk management, project delivery, and business-related matters.
