About the Position

Description: The Sterile Processing Tech is responsible for the preparation and sterilization of surgical instruments. This role requires an understanding of aseptic techniques and sterilization methods. Candidates should have experience in a high-volume sterile processing department. The department specializes in neuro, orthopedic, robotic surgeries, and general service lines. A commitment to teamwork and maintaining quality standards is essential. Weekends will be required as part of the schedule. The position may involve floating to different units as necessary. Travelers with a minimum of 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates must possess the relevant certifications. Documentation experience in instrumentation management systems is preferred. All technicians will have access to training and learning modules.
