This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for an Job Description Environmental Engineer WSP is currently initiating a search for an Environmental Engineer for our Columbia, MD office. Be involved on projects in Baltimore with our Construction Management Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. Your Impact Job Responsibilities: Conduct environmental assessments and site investigations. Develop and implement environmental management plans. Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and regulatory documentation. Monitor compliance with environmental laws and company policies. Design and evaluate pollution prevention and waste management systems. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Analyze environmental data and recommend corrective actions. Support sustainability and environmental improvement initiatives. Who You Are Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related engineering field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required. At least 1 year of environmental engineering experience Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and state environmental regulations. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and environmental modeling or GIS software is a plus. Compensation Expected Salary (all locations): $68,200-85,300 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
