AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

YOUR ROLE As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, and support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities. You're a people leader: You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. You've got an eye for talent and a love of training: You recruit and hire strong talent, train and develop associates to maintain outstanding service and a Guest First culture. You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing performance feedback, coach in real time, and celebrate outstanding performance. You're a visual & operational innovator: You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, ensure Fitting Rooms are guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards. PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility, associates may receive healthcare benefits (medical, vision, dental), wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement benefits, life and disability insurance, employee stock purchase program, paid time off, paid sick leave, and parental leave. Paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, type, location, classification, and years of service. AEO may also provide discretionary bonuses and other incentives at its discretion.
