Business Development Executive | Large Enterprise | Remote-US

About this role: Our Business Development teams play a critical role in expanding Gartner's presence across the global market. Gartner Business Development Executives strategically acquire new clients by cultivating trust-based relationships with C-level executives to understand their mission critical priorities, then uncovering opportunities to deliver client-value through the lens of the industry in which they operate. Gartner Business Developers own and drive the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closure. They then transition new clients to the account management team for ongoing value delivery. Our Business Development teams are relentless about building trust-based, value add relationships with clients, delivering long-term client value, and building their book of business over time. Business developers are results driven, client committed, and highly collaborative. Business Developers will be given a territory of Large Enterprise prospects, which may be completely new prospects with no existing spend or could be clients within other Gartner areas. In our GBS Large Enterprise segment, Business Developers work with prospects with +$1bil in annual revenue. Gartner provides a base salary range of $102,000 - $147,000 USD for this role. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
