About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Manage daily office tasks and provide administrative support to the team.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.
Perform other duties as assigned to enhance office productivity.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
