Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Position Part‑Time Hospice Social Worker Compensation: $30–$35 per visit Location: Socorro, NM Role Overview As a Hospice Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and families through emotional, social, and financial transitions. Working closely with our interdisciplinary team, you will ensure each patient receives compassionate care that addresses their full spectrum of needs.
