Direct one-on-one patient care Emphasis on quality rather than high patient volume 5-star rehabilitation facility Largest rehabilitation gym in the region Large, well-equipped treatment environment Ability to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients Strong focus on geriatric and medically complex rehabilitation Opportunity to treat orthopedic, neurological, balance, gait, and deconditioning diagnoses Supportive therapy leadership Close collaboration with PT, OT, ST, nursing, physicians, and other healthcare providers Strong community feel within the building Opportunity to help patients remain independent and active in the community A Different Kind of Outpatient Setting Our outpatient program offers something that is increasingly difficult to find in physical therapy: the ability to focus on the patient in front of you. Rather than moving between several patients at once, our therapists are able to provide individualized treatment and develop plans of care based on each patient's specific goals. Our large rehabilitation gym provides ample space for: Gait and balance training Strengthening and conditioning Functional mobility training Fall-prevention programs Neurological rehabilitation Orthopedic rehabilitation Post-hospital and post-surgical recovery Higher-level mobility and return-to-community activities The size and versatility of our therapy space allow you to be creative with treatment rather than being limited to a small treatment room. A Strong Focus on Continuity of Care Many of our outpatient patients are transitioning back into the community after hospitalization, skilled rehabilitation, home health, surgery, or a decline in mobility. Our outpatient program allows therapists to help patients continue progressing after they have returned home. This creates an opportunity to develop genuine relationships with patients and follow their recovery beyond the early stages of rehabilitation. Our goal is not simply to discharge a patient when they are safe—we want to help them reach the highest level of function possible.
