We are hiring a full-time, in-office Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand and drive engagement.

As a premier mortgage lending team , we need a creative, high-energy professional to manage our digital platforms, build active online communities, and produce fresh, compliance-friendly content that turns followers into homeowners.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 (based on experience)

Core Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content (Reels/Shorts), design graphics, and write engaging copy.
• Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with mortgage industry trends and local market updates.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages to foster relationships with clients and real estate partners.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with company guidelines and financial compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing business social media accounts or digital marketing campaigns.
• Skills: Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere), design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and social scheduling platforms.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in mortgage, real estate, or finance is a major plus, but not required.
• Work Style: Highly organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, in-office team environment .
