We are seeking passionate and dedicated people to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, ensuring that each guest receives an exceptional experience.

Job Summary
You will serve high quality espresso based drinks made with our private label specialty coffee. We also offer a selection of freshly roasted coffee in single origins, blends, organics, and even 100% Estate coffee. In addition to coffee, we have a rich, smoky Cold Brew, real fruit smoothies, ice cold frappes, freshly baked pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and plenty of seating and free wi-fi.

As a more experienced barista, in addition to the responsibilities below, your duties may also include, but not limited to:

• Opening and Closing the store
• Tracking inventory and marking items for ordering
• Shift lead responsibilities

Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Preparation of all food and drink products according to standard recipes
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Perform basic food preparation tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience with POS is advantageous.
• Strong ability to learn and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible and detail-oriented
