For more information visit: DEDICATED HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS Position Summary Electronic Company is seeking two(2) experienced and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Quality Inspection Coordinators to oversee quality inspection activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will coordinate and support a team of 2-3 inspectors, ensure accurate inspection reporting, communicate findings to management, and coordinate material movement with forklift operators. Bilingual Spanish/English is mandatory for this position Shifts: $24/hr. (Monday-Thursday: 9AM-9PM) $25/hr. (Friday-Sunday: 9AM-9PM) Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of 2-3 Quality Inspectors.
- Monitor inspection processes to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
- Accurately enter and maintain inspection results and quality data in company systems.
- Review inspection findings and communicate quality concerns to management.
- Work closely with forklift drivers to coordinate material movement and inspection flow.
- Ensure accurate documentation of non-conforming products and corrective actions.
- Assist in training and supporting inspectors on quality procedures and best practices.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Provide updates regarding inspection status, production quality, and operational issues.
- Previous experience in quality inspection, quality control, or manufacturing required.
- Prior leadership, coordination, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately enter and manage inspection data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with multiple departments.
- Basic computer skills and experience with data entry systems.
