Position Overview
A Skilled Nursing Facility in San Diego is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment. This role is ideal for a clinician with strong SNF experience who can work independently within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Location: San Diego, CA 92111
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
EMR: Net Health
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday (no exceptions)
Guaranteed Hours: 36–38 hours/week
Expected Hours: ~40 hours/week
Active Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
Previous SNF experience required
Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills
This assignment offers consistent hours, a stable schedule, and the chance to work in a well‑structured SNF environment focused on patient progress and functional outcomes.
