Ready to make waves in a job that actually makes a difference?

????Watermelon Swim is looking for a friendly, driven Inside Sales Representative to help families enroll in life-saving swim lessons. You’ll work with warm leads only (that’s right — no cold calling!) and help parents say “yes” to safer swimmers.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with families by phone and email to guide them through enrollment
• Follow up on warm leads and confidently close registrations
• Work with a positive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Comfortable with multi-line phones
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)
• Organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• 18+ years old
• Seeking for either full-time or part-time availability.
