Our e-Commerce Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience. Responsibilities Assist customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment. Respond to leads promptly, provide information, answer questions and help guide customers from initial contact to in-store experience. Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the ownership journey, including post-purchase follow-up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and assist with transitioning customers to the Service department as needed.
