Independent RN Field Assessor - Long-Term Care Evaluations

Optum

Optum in Tacoma, WA is hiring a PRN RN Field Assessor to conduct Long Term Care insurance assessments in clients' homes. You will gather claimant demographics, physician information, meds, and evaluate functional independence. You will perform brief cognitive screening, assess ADL/IADL, and document in a real-time, laptop/tablet-based point-of-care system.
