Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality outcomes. Deliver excellent communication during shift reports and throughout the care team. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to resident safety. Qualifications Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License required. Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
