Quick Facts: Location: Twentynine Palms, CA Start Date: 04/01/2026 End Date: 11/30/2027 Shift: 12-hour shifts, rotating days/nights Hours per week: 36 hours (average) Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Active MD/DO license; ABEM or AOBEM Certification; ACLS and PALS required Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Medicine in the last 3 years; Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $215.00/hour (all inclusive) Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2 or 1099 pay options) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws What You’ll Do: Provide emergency medical care to diverse patient populations Manage a wide range of urgent and critical cases, including trauma, vascular, urology, and GI emergencies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately Participate in quality improvement and educational activities, including supervising residents and interns when applicable What You Need: MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) Valid, unrestricted medical license Current ACLS and PALS certifications At least 2 years of recent emergency medicine practice, including trauma experience at a Level 1 Trauma Center Proven academic and teaching experience is a plus About the Assignment: Join a reputable healthcare facility in Twentynine Palms, CA, delivering essential emergency services in a fast-paced environment.
