Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to both inpatient and outpatient populations under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed, addressing patient functional goals and rehabilitation needs
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and responses to therapy in accordance with facility standards
• Coordinate care across inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure continuity of treatment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Demonstrated experience in physical therapy treatment and patient care documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a combined inpatient and outpatient therapy environment
• Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple care settings
