Qualifications SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required; Additional years of experience or certifications (SHRM, PHR, etc.) may be substituted Minimum of seven (7) years of professional related working experience required with three (3) years in recruiting. Experience in banking/finance services is highly desired Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver training sessions in a professional and effective manner required Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Prior experience in curriculum development, Canva, LMS, and Articulate a plus Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines required. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to travel of at least 35% of the time
