What You'll Do

• Assist in surgical procedures with competence and professionalism
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment and supplies for surgeries
• Scrub in for surgical procedures and assist physicians as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of surgical endoscopes and equipment
• Support department operations and maintain clinical knowledge
• Help ensure a safe, efficient, and sterile environment for all procedures
• Adapt to changing needs within the surgical unit and follow protocols diligently

What You Need

• Certified surgical technologist with valid certification
• High school diploma or equivalent, graduate from an accepted surgical tech program
• 2+ years of surgical tech experience in a clinical setting
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
