Now Hiring: Bilingual Administrative Assistant | McDonough, GA Qualified Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program in McDonough, GA. This role supports daily office operations by assisting clients, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients and provide customer support in both English and Spanish
• Support enrollment, reporting, and administrative processes
• Enter and maintain accurate data and records
• Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports
• Maintain organized filing systems and office workflow
• Support daily office operations and participant services Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred
• Experience with data entry and computer systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
