Audiology and Speech Pathology Manager
Duties
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Develops, organizes, directs, manages, supervises, controls, and implements policies and procedures for the Audiology and Speech Pathology sections.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate programs to ensure proper coordination within the sections and with other facility programs.
- Define, assign and delegate duties and responsibilities.
- Evaluate the work of employees.
- Administer appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Ensures that audiologists comply with all VHA and Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) compensation and pension (C&P) exam and reporting requirements; and ensuring that the content of C&P exams and opinions conform to VBA-approved exams templates.
- Direct supervision of professional and technical staff.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Work schedule subject to change based on agency needs.
