What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and screenings Partner closely with doctors to support comprehensive treatment planning Build trust and long-term relationships with patients and families Contribute to a positive patient experience and collaborative team environment Help drive patient retention through outstanding care and service Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care What We’re Looking For Active New York Dental Hygiene license Passion for patient education and preventive care Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome) A current CPR certification Benefits and Perks Competitive compensation Sign‑on bonus available Company‑paid continuing education Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous paid time off accrual Employee discounts Career advancement opportunities within Smile Brands Supportive leadership and clinical mentorship Schedule (days/hours) Mon 9am-6pm, Tues 9am-3pm, Wed 11am-8pm, Sat 9am-2pm Compensation $51-$53 per hour.
