This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently. Job Summary Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Fabricator. The CNC Fabricator produces a variety of sheet metal parts, which meet dimensional requirements. Set up and align parts per shop prints in preparation for CNC operations, and final fabrication assembly. Working either individually, or as part of a small team to produce metal buildings and enclosures. Job Duties Consults blueprints, work orders, and/or schematics to safely construct a specified structure; develop additional sketches if needed. Selects appropriate material for each job based on the desired or necessary strength. Load and unload raw materials and equipment, set up and calibrate accessories, and program the CNC machine Cuts, bends, and shapes sheet metal to required dimensions. Measures and cuts according to specifications, blueprints, or directions. Verifies conformance of workpiece to specifications, using square, ruler, and measuring tape. Perform assigned work such as punching holes for screws or bending. Sets up and operates fabricating machines, such as brakes, and shears. Coordinates require shutdowns and startups of equipment.
