Tire Technicians play a vital role in our dynamic environment, ensuring cleanliness and friendliness. You will engage with customers and drivers from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their travel experiences. • Earn between $18.50 and $23.00 per hour .
• Take charge of the sales process, including the removal and installation of tires for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
• Handle equipment repairs and maintain the store's facilities, including general cleaning tasks.
• Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds in confined spaces and adapt to various temperature conditions.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
• Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
