Quality Assurance Manager

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager at an established manufacturing company (Salary: $115,000 – $145,000 per year). The Quality Systems Manager will lead quality across the production floor and report directly to senior leadership. Why Join Us? Lead the internal and external audit program. Manage CAPA processes end‑to‑end and ensure timely resolution of quality issues. Present QMS metrics at quarterly management review meetings. Own the customer complaint and corrective action systems; engage directly with customers on quality concerns. Manage document control, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records. Oversee ERP item planning, first articles, and PPAPs for new items. Administer the calibration program and UL audit program. Manage the Manufacturing Discrepancy Material Report (DMR) program. Review Keyence and Bytewise 360 data to identify and resolve quality issues. Oversee receiving, in‑process, and finished goods inspection processes.
