Job Overview Ethicon Associate Account Executive – MedTech Sales (Clinical Sales – Hospital/Hospital Systems) Location: Denver, Colorado; New Mexico (Any City); Wyoming (Any City) Responsibilities Expand sales of Ethicon products and convert competitive products while complying with company policy. Support the aligned area/region for all sales‑related activities; eligible to compete for Account Executive role upon successful completion. Understand and demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting. Execute the selling cycle concisely, professionally, and ethically, leading customers to action. Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products. Manage customer product questions and objections consistently with sales training methodology. Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in sales training courses. Assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in an operating room (case coverage). Comply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge; conduct business in accordance with J&J policies and procedures. Additional Responsibilities Demonstrate the ability to manage customer product questions and objections in a manner consistent with sales training methodology. Comply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 0–2 years of business experience. Ability to travel as necessary (including overnight and/or weekend) and/or relocate to an assigned geography. Valid driver’s license issued in the United States. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience. Established business planning and forecasting experience. Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business preferred. Experience selling in a new or changed sales channel. Strong desire to learn and grow professionally. Excellence in process management and organizational agility. Documentation of successful sales performance. Ability to work in an operating room. Payment and Benefits Base pay range: $55,000 - $95,000. Eligible for a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program and a company car through the FLEET program.
