You will lead account-level technology strategy, guide solution design, and help customers optimize system architectures across Micron’s portfolio. This is a highly visible role that blends deep technical expertise, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership!Responsibilities:Lead technology strategy for assigned cloud and enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales and field teamsBuild trusted technical relationships with customers and ecosystem partners by aligning Micron solutions to system-level challengesProvide system and solution-level guidance, including trade-offs across performance, cost, and compatibilityDevelop and share reusable solution designs and best practices across the sales organizationInfluence product and solutions roadmaps by representing the voice of the customer across business unitsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience10+ years of customer-facing presales, solutions architecture, or field applications engineering experienceHands-on systems experience with server architectures, data center environments, and memory or storage technologiesProven ability to build trust and influence technical and business stakeholdersStrong communication and presentation skills in English, written and verbalPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with NeoCloud or hyperscale cloud customersFamiliarity with AI infrastructure for training and inference workloadsExperience defining account-level architecture strategy aligned to product directionBackground in DRAM and SSD architecture within system-level solutionsExperience providing technical training to customers and internal teamsAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
