Job Description Bitterroot Health in Hamilton, Montana is seeking a dedicated Paramedic to join our emergency medical services team. The fundamental responsibility of the paramedic is to respond to out‑of‑hospital emergency calls and provide advanced life support and high‑quality medical care to patients, in accordance with the Montana Pre‑Hospital Treatment Guidelines, Bitterroot Health Addendum, and online medical control. The role requires courteous interaction with patients, the public, and partner agencies, always prioritizing patient welfare. Paramedic opportunity in Hamilton, Montana. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent. Licenses & Certifications: Current Montana paramedic license and Montana driver’s license with an excellent driving record. Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational/time‑management; discernment and good judgment; flexibility to adapt to a variety of assignments; ability to analyze data, manage stressful situations, and work independently and in a team. Must be at least 21 years of age to qualify due to insurance coverage restrictions. Schedule: Full‑time, 36 hours per week. Benefits: Full benefits package.
