About Us
Milestone Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency in downtown York, PA, founded in 2020. We write mostly personal lines with a growing commercial book, serving customers in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and DC. We’re a small, close team, and we’re growing.

The Role
We’re hiring an experienced, licensed CSR to join our service team in December. You’ll be the day-to-day contact for our customers, keeping them well covered and looked after, and helping us grow the book we already have.

Responsibilities

• Handle policy service requests: changes, endorsements, billing questions, renewals, certificates and ID cards
• Answer customer calls, emails and walk-ins in a friendly, professional way
• Review accounts at renewal and identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
• Quote and write policies with our carriers
• Introduce life insurance to customers and help meet the team’s monthly life goals
• Keep accurate records in our agency management system
• Work with our producers and owner on service quality and retention

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license (Life license a plus)
• 2+ years of insurance agency experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with agency management software and carrier portals
• Organized, dependable and detail-oriented

What We Offer

• Salary: $45,000–55,000, based on experience
• Commission
• 3% retirement (IRA) match
• Paid time off

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00
