Responsibilities Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees Exercise good judgment in solving problems and resolution of guest issues Uphold and enforce gaming regulations, company policies, and procedures, as well as all Federal and State laws and regulations Read, interpret, and analyze security reports and other company documents daily.
