Entry Level Restoration Technician

Remediation LaborersPuroClean, a leader in property emergency services, helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, and other conditions resulting in property damage. We are seeking remediation laborers to work with our mitigation team. No prior experience necessary. Compensation: $18 to start. Rapid pay increases with demonstration of skill and motivation.As a Disaster Restoration Technician, your responsibilities will include:Bringing equipment into the customers house and assisting in setting up drying equipmentRemoval of damaged drywall, insulation, carpeting, hardwood and tile flooringDemolition and hauling debris out of the customers housePost demolition cleaningLeaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearanceStructural dryingWorking in attics and crawlspacesDocumenting job and taking photos in a mobile appand more.....Desired Skills:Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsSome construction knowledge needed and ability to use hand tools/power toolsAbility to follow proceduresAbility to navigate through smartphone/tablet and use mobile apps that are critical to our businessAccurately complete all necessary paperwork and/or online documentationAbility to think and make competent decisionsBe able to both work independently and/or with a teamExcellent attention to detailRequirements:Our main goal is customer satisfaction, so it is important to have EXCELLENT communication skills with our customers and teamBe reliable, dependable, punctualFull-time positionAbility to meet the physical demands of the tasks associated with this positionAbility to pass a criminal background check and random drug testsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWhat you'll get in return for putting smiles on our customers' faces:Competitive pay.
