Your day will be varied, fast-paced, and focused on supporting both patient care and office operations. Responsibilities Include Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments Clean and disinfect operatories between patients Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Seat patients and help ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed Set up instruments, materials, and procedure trays for dental treatments Assist dentists and licensed dental assistants with clinical support duties permitted under Minnesota regulations Take and document patient information as directed Maintain inventory and stock clinical supplies Assist with dental laboratory tasks such as pouring models, labeling cases, and organizing lab work Help keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and office safety protocols Support team members wherever needed to ensure a positive patient experience Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and team-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Previous dental or healthcare experience CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual skills are a plus Join Our Team If you're looking for a career—not just a job—and want to be part of a team that genuinely supports your growth and success, we'd love to hear from you.
