Finance Administration Pastor

Job Description Lifesong Church is a Christ-centered church committed to helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live out God's purpose for their lives. Responsibilities Oversee the management of finances, budgeting, and organizational procurement, including ensuring applicable policy compliance. Oversee the management of information technology, both internal network infrastructure as well as key software solutions for supporting ministry. Oversee the management and care of all property and facilities. Oversee the administration of all human resource functions for the support and management of staff. Work directly with the Lead Pastor and/or Executive Pastor to shape vision and strategy for those areas of responsibility within the Operations Department. Directly lead, manage, and hold accountable all Operations staff in carrying out established vision and strategy. Ensure the effective building, training, and leading of required volunteer teams. Build and manage the Operations budget and ensure its proper stewardship. Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience identifying leaders as well as building and leading teams. Ability to think strategically and creatively. Self motivated and able to work independently.
